Items purchased within the last 60 days are returnable. For subscription returns, please email info@beautybyearth.com. Freebies, promotional gifts, and gift cards are not returnable.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
How to Submit a Return Request
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request Return." (Please note, the order must be fulfilled or partially fulfilled for return eligibility.)
- Beauty by Earth will email you a shipping label to return the item. Mail your return, using the label provided, back to Beauty by Earth with the following included in the shipment:
- The Original Purchase Receipt
- A Note Stating Reason for Return Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.
Please note the following items are non-refundable:
** Original Shipping Charges + Shipping Protection (if selected)
* Gift Cards
* Gifts, freebies, or samples
* Beauty Bloopers* If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
*Please note, the order must be fulfilled or partially fulfilled for return eligibility.
For Subscription Purchase Orders
1: Click this link to view your active subscriptions.
2: Click on the subscription you would like to cancel.
3: On the left-hand side, click the link at the bottom of the sidebar that says, "Cancel Subscription." Next, select why you're canceling and click "cancel subscription."
That's it! Now you're canceled.
