What if my package is shipped to the wrong address or shows delivered but I don't see it?

If the package is shipped to the incorrect address we have a couple of options:

1. If the order has not shipped from our warehouse yet, please email us at info@beautybyearth.com or call us at 1+ 469-777-6501 and we would be more than happy to adjust the address!

2. If the order has already left our warehouse, we sadly cannot re-route or manually adjust the address in any way, shape or form once it has left our warehouse.

3. Once the order is marked as “delivered” by the shipment carrier, our hands are a bit tied. You are more than welcome to contact the shipment carrier to review your options, but once a package has left our warehouse and confirmed delivery we are very limited in what we can do.

Note: We know sometimes this might be a typo, a glitch, or just a mistake. We completely understand! Please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist in any way we can.
